Have you tried other painkillers tramadol more? You can try acetaminophen or codeine phosphate. If you can add some details about the pain you feel. Describe the signs and symptoms. You will know whether there is muscle pain, if you do not have signs and symptoms.

Central chest pain radiating to the shoulder, arm, jaw and back.
Nausea and vomiting (not related) with drug
cold sweat
Dizziness

There are many unknown variables in your description, and raises many questions.

What makes me most for its "low oxygen" to the effort. For a young man, it would be highly unusual and potentially very serious. What is your level of oxygen, unless you exercise?

Overall, chest pain that changes when you click the shutter, or a dramatic deterioration in deep breathing or is very strong and localized, is more musculoskelatal. This can not be definitively answered on Yahoo Answers, but.

If the pain musculoskelatal I think that would respond best to non-anti-inflammatory drugs tramadol, but it's just a guess. Sometimes, to help trigger point injections. I have to offer intercostal nerve block (between the ribs) temporary relief for people costochondritis or rib fractures. Both procedures carry the risk of lung collapse.

Its history is not known whether the pain is muscular or cardiovascular in nature, it is necessary to the emergency room every time you present pain in the chest. My concern is that you) are hypoxic (lack of oxygen when the trouble you have on this work. You may need to see a pulmonologist. Obesity, smoking and a history of heart disease can be too low Oxyg. Levels, but may CHF or COPD, or can be a PE) (pulmonary embolism. The document that you can see, is necessary to ****. canned
