Tomtom Installation Cd TomTom 720 Application Installation Error?

TomTom 720 application installation error? - tomtom installation cd

try to use TomTom GO 720 for the first time. The device has an image on the display device and that all that what is displayed. It seems that the application is not loaded. I have installed TomTom HOME, but the application does not in options from the CD. I tried to reset it. All you get is shown the picture and the name of the device. Please help
